I am sadly moving out of my much loved room to move in with my boyfriend.

The house is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet mews just off the main road, with a private gated entrance, it feels very safe here.

We've also hit the London jackpot with great landlord, who's incredibly helpful and has recently replaced lots of appliances and mattresses, so much of the house feels brand new. We also have lovely neighbours who we occasionally hang out with.

The room is on the first floor. The bedroom comes with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside table. You will have your own ensuite bathroom with gorgeous bath - I am really going to miss it! And your own balcony. The balcony furniture is mine, I bought it 1 year ago and I will be selling for £30 if this of interest too.

The house has a huge kitchen and living room that's perfect for cooking, relaxing, or hosting friends. We have an under the stairs closet which is great for storing bits and bobs you don’t want cluttering your room too.

We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, plus a lovely little courtyard. It’s a great space in the summer!

You'll be living with three friendly, sociable girls mid-to-late twenties so ideally would like someone similar age. Everyone is independent but enjoy catching up over dinner, so we're looking for someone who's keen to be part of the house rather than just renting a room.
