Large Double Room with En-suite in Friendly Flat

I have a large double room available with a en suite in a clean, tidy and welcoming flat, shared with one friendly shift worker.

There is a shared living area and kitchen as well as a large main bathroom that I use to store my bathroom things but can be use by all.

I am looking for someone who’s not just a flatmate, but a friend – someone who enjoys a chat over a cuppa, respects shared spaces, and is happy to live in a relaxed, homely environment. My previous flatmates were a couple, so also open to a friendly couple moving into the flat.

A bit about me:
• I am a midwife and work shifts, so the flat is nice and peaceful at different times of the day.
• The flat is kept clean and tidy.
• I like to keep the vibe friendly, not just “ships in the night”.

A bit about you:
• Aged 20–30.
• Easy-going, considerate, and sociable.
• Ideally a shift worker too, but not essential. Happy if you sometimes wfh, but not everyday.

Bill & Deposits
- Rent, £1200
- Bills (Utilities, council, Wifi and Sky) - approx £120-£155 depending on month
- Deposit £1000.
