King sized room 5 min walk from northern line

Hello! I’m off travelling for at least 6 months and am looking for someone to rent my room. The flat is owned by my mother and the current occupants are myself (28F) my sister Liv (23F) and our lodgers Olivia (27F) and Chloe (32F)

It is a lovely 2 level ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a further 2 en suite bedrooms and utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer on the lower level. You will be sharing the bathroom with only 1 person and everyone is ln different schedules anyway so no need to worry about the bathroom rush before work!

The room is very large and gets a lot of lovely light. There is a large wardrobe and a small chest of drawers in the room and a large one right outside the bedroom door so plenty of room for clothes and bits. There’s also a lot of storage throughout the apartment.

The garden is perfect in summer time because the doors can fully open out and there’s a BBQ too if you’re into that kind of thing. Tooting common is at the end of the road and there’s a Tesco and gym at the other end as well as plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

We’re looking for a girl who can fit in with everyone and isn’t much of a party animals as we prefer a relaxed living environment and I want my sister to still feel comfortable at home whilst I’m gone.

Rent is bills included and we have cleaners twice a month (they even change your bed linens for you!) there’s Sky Tv which comes with Netflix, Disney, prime and paramount plus.
Must like animals as we have a cat called soybean who’s wonderful and spends most of her time sunbathing in the garden!
