Tooting Bec room available from mid September

One lovely, cosy room available in Tooting as my flatmate is relocating out of London for work.

The flat is located 5 minutes away from Tooting Bec tube station with access to the Northern Line and is just under a 20 minutes walk away from Balham. Tooting Broadway and St George's Hospital are also within walking distance and are really close by bus. The area is great and there are so many great parks, restaurants and pubs nearby with the excellent Wheatsheaf being at the end of the road. In terms of shops, there's a Tesco and Sainsbury's within five minutes from the flat and a Lidl, Aldi and big Sainsbury's on Tooting High Street.

The flat is on the top floor with a large lounge that gets lots of light during the day.

The landlord is super responsive and has always quickly resolved any issues.

The room itself is cosy with lots of space for storage. It comes with the bed, a large build in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There's additional attic storage too. There might be room for a small desk too although the table on the lounge works well for some WFH.

The flat comes with a very chill cat who will love having a new person to sit with.

Bills come in at around £130 per month.
