Room available in Tooting Bec Mon- Fri

I’m looking for a flatmate Mon- Fri.

This is a double room with access to the shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. There’s a desk and chair however the space would be best suited to someone who isn’t wfh everyday. You’d have access to WiFi and a tv in the living room too.

The neighbourhood is quiet and close to all amenities in Tooting such as supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and has good transport links.

About me
I’m a 29 year old insurance professional. I typically go into the office 3 days a week. My hobbies include choir, rugby, running and meeting friends.

I value a quiet and clean home so would like to live with someone who feels the same.

Please note I have two house cats so a general tolerance of cats is probably needed 😄

I am also happy to be flexible regarding extra nights if needed which would be at an additional cost.
