Large double room in Tooting Bec house share

We have a room becoming available in our lovely home in Tooting Bec!

The house is in a great location, just a stone’s throw from Tooting Bec tube station (around a 5-minute walk), as well as Tooting Common, Tooting Lido, two street food markets and plenty of great pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby.

You’ll be joining a house of two girls and one guy in their late 20s and early 30s. We’re a friendly, relaxed household and all get along well, while also having our own schedules and doing our own thing. We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, and who’s keen to make the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to rent a room.

The house has two bathrooms, a good-sized living room with a dining table, and a bright and airy kitchen that opens onto the garden, with a little patio area that’s great when the weather is nice. We also have a shed with space for bike storage, and a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

The room is available from 1st October and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s also plenty of room to add a desk and chair if you work from home.

We’re looking for one person for the room, so sorry but no couples.
