Ensuite double bedroom in Tooting Bec

Hello everyone

We have a double room available for rent in a gated community.

The house is within 8 min walk of Tooting Bec tube station.
It is a bright ensuite double bedroom and comes with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a desk and a set of drawers.

Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a washing and drying machine as well.

We would like to find a social, responsible and friendly professional to take the rooms. We are 3 girls in our late 20s and early 30s and hope to find a flatmate who will treat this place as their home. Someone who contributes to keeping the house clean and in order.

We are happy to spend the evenings after work together with a TV show and also value each other's privacy. We sometimes host dinner parties and brunches and avoid late night partying.
