Hello!!
I’m sadly moving out of our lovely flat at the end of October and looking for someone to replace me.
You will be sharing with Sarah (27) who is a Physio and Lucy (28), a lawyer. Both are super lovely and easy to get on with. Always up for a chat, hanging out in the evenings watching TV, doing the odd parkrun, grabbing coffee or getting a pint or two.
The flat is in an ideal location and only 2 min walk to Tooting Bec station. 5 minute walk to Tooting common and a 5 minute walk to Lidl.
Rent for the room is £900 + bills (approx £90/month).
You would be able to move in w/c 26th October.
