I’m sadly moving out of this lovely spacious flat to be closer to home and am looking for someone to take over my room from the 23rd October.

Rent: £1200pcm, which is due on the 21st of the month & bills are £150 (this may change in the winter).

The room is unfurnished on the ground floor, with enough space for a double bed, a desk and even a small chest of drawers. It has two huge built in wardrobes and the room has direct access to the garden. The floor to ceiling door & windows let in an insane amount of natural light making it lovely and bright no matter the weather! The flat itself is very spacious, with a large cupboard under the stairs to put extra storage you don’t want in your room.

The flat is in an ideal location, only 15mins to Tooting Bec & Tooting Broadway Underground Stations for the Northern Line, as well as Tooting Station for the ThamesLink. There’s an array of cute coffee shops, supermarkets, gyms and even Tooting Common within walking distance.

You would be living with Ellie (27) who works in fashion. She’s looking for a female flatmate (25-30) who enjoys a wine night but someone who also respects each other’s space. Ellie works from home on Monday & Friday in the desk located in the living room. Please note it’s not a party flat!
