A great double room is opening up in a spacious 5-bedroom mixed house in Tooting Bec, featuring a large living room, a separate dining area, and a garden that's brilliant for the warmer months.

The house has a fantastic social vibe where everyone gets on really well - hanging out, heading out together, but also respecting everyone's downtime. I'm unfortunately having to move out to step into a smaller place with an old friend, otherwise I would gladly be staying!

You’ll be sharing with four friendly young professionals in their mid-to-late 20s (two guys, two girls):

- ​Rent: £960 / month
- ​Bills: Approx. £75 – £150 / month (varies depending on season and usage)
- ​Location: Tooting Bec (great transport links, Northern Line, local shops, and green space)
- ​Move-in Date: Flexible up until September 26th
