Double ensuite room in Tooting Bec

Looking for someone to replace our flatmate who is moving out in November. The move in date is flexible by up to two weeks after the 7th of November. Ideally looking for a girl who is working full time and aged 24-30 to fit with the current vibe of the house. Zara and I work full time in the civil service and business intelligence respectively, and I work from home in the living room two days per week.

My main hobbies are climbing, mountaineering and anything outdoors, and Zara likes running, cooking and travel. We're looking for someone quite chilled and don't host big parties, but do have the odd social in the house. We're also a non-smoking household and would be looking for someone who doesn't smoke or do drugs.

The room available has an ensuite, built in wardrobe and large storage cupboard, and includes the furniture in the pictures. We're on a rolling contract, so two months notice would be required if you wanted to leave or we decided to end the tenancy, but we're looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months.
