Hello everyone!
I’m Aaron and sadly I will have to part with my lovely double room in Tooting Bec. I live with three of the most amazing people, who I met moving into this great house.
The House is two minutes walk away from Tooting Bec on the Northern Line, a stones throw away from all sorts of shops such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco. A Fitness First gym is also a five minute walk away. 💪🏽
The housemates are all professionals who are lovely and sociable. We love to cook and watch tv together after a day at work, or go for a sunset walk. Likewise, we all have our own independent lives and respectful of each others schedules ☺️
I would be moving out as work is taking me abroad for a while. Move in date can be flexible but ideally around mid October. We can also consider a short let of 3 months (October to January) otherwise it would be a tenancy change over.
Rent is £800 a month + council tax.
