Double room available 26/11/2026 in Tooting Bec ✨

Hey gals, sadly our housemate is moving out to go travelling at the end of November so we have a room coming up in our houseshare (literally 1.5 min walk away from the Tooting Bec tube station!!) 🏡
Looking for a girl aged 27-33 to match our ages. *Please don’t message unless you are within this range!*
We are looking for someone to be more of a friend than just a housemate as we get on well and like to go for dinner/drinks or spend evenings together watching films etc - but we also like our own space too ☺️
About us - I’m an actress and when I’m not in a contract I work FOH at a West End theatre as my everyday job. Rowan is a knitwear designer and training to be a personal trainer. We both love theatre/movies/shopping/ and a mooch around a market on a sunday.
The room is currently £835 Bills Included!! I’ve attached some pics of the flat (please excuse the state of the kitchen wall she’s a work in progress.) It’s a super spacious double room with tons of storage and has been greatly loved by its current owner, she’s gutted to say goodbye! The room comes with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. (Desk setup pictured is the previous tenants and will be going with her.)
Because of our work schedules we’ll be doing viewings at the following times:

WEDNESDAY 14TH from 8pm
SUNDAY 18TH from 9:30am to 2pm
MONDAY 19TH from 8pm
TUESDAY 20TH from 8pm
MONDAY 26TH from 8pm
TUESDAY 27TH from 8pm
