Large Double in Tooting Bec

I’m unfortunately moving out of my all girls house in Tooting Bec to be closer to work, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room! 🏡

It’s a spacious 5-bed house with a big garden, and all the girls are absolutely lovely. I’ll be really sad to leave them!

The house is in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from Tooting Bec station, with both Wandsworth Common and Tooting Common within easy walking distance.

The room is one of the bigger rooms in the house and is £985 per month, with bills coming to around £100 each per month. The room has amazing storage, and comes furnished.

We each take responsibility for a separate household bill, which keeps everything nice and simple.

I’m looking to move out around 20th December, with viewings planned for the week commencing 2nd November. Ideally we are looking for a girl aged 25-30, in full time work.
