Double room in a 2-bed flat by Tooting Common

My friend has just left me to go and live with his girlfriend, so I am looking for his replacement!

About the room / house:

The room is a double room with wardrobe and storage. It has been recently renovated and insulated throughout so is v toasty even in winter!

There is a large kitchen diner that leads onto the private patio garden. There is one bathroom with a walk in shower and a large shared living room.

Rent is £900 pcm and bills come to roughly £100 per month.

About me:

I'm Matt! Originally from Manchester but have lived in London for the last 9 years. I work for a Foundation that invests in health and education companies. I love staying active, travelling, and trying new things (usually badly, always enthusiastically). I'm after someone relaxed to share the flat with, who's just as happy with a night out with friends / pub quiz as a quiet night in with a film or games.
