Hey Gals! Looking for someone to replace me in a lovely house in Tooting.🩷

The house is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet mews with a private gated entrance minutes from Tooting Bec station.

The room is on the first floor, with the shared bathroom just upstairs that you'll share with two other girls. (There is an additional toilet on the ground floor). The room comes fully furnished with a massive double wardrobe with huge mirrors, a chest of drawers, bedside table and a built in desk (chair is mine). Theres also loads of shelve space too.

The house has a huge kitchen and living room that are both perfect for cooking, relaxing, or hosting friends. We have an under the stairs closet which is great for storing bits and bobs you don’t want cluttering your room too.
There is also a desk in the living room so you have the option to use this or work from your room.

We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and does a fab job plus a lovely little courtyard that is so nice in the summer!

You'll be living with three friendly, sociable girls in our mid-to-late twenties who all met on spare room.

Lydia is English and works as a Psychology teacher in Battersea, Eilish is Scottish and is a doctor in St George’s down the road and Nekita is from NZ.

(bills usually £150–£200pp depending on the time of year)

Deposit: £1009.50

• Referencing will be carried out by our landlords letting agents.
• The deposit is £1,009.50, which is protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme and they have always been really good quick with returning this for the previous tenants.

Area is lovely with loads of nice coffee shops, restaurants, local shops nearby and we're 10 minutes from the big supermarkets in Balham / Tooting Broadway!
