* Own ensuite bathroom and spacious bedroom on the second floor
* Big kitchen with plenty of space
* Cozy living room, perfect for relaxing and watching TV
* Garden space with a BBQ and outdoor seating
* Amazing location right by the Northern line, with loads of shops, cafes, and pubs nearby. Walking distance from Tooting Bec common & lido
* Ideally looking for someone willing to purchase the current furniture for a low cost (double bed frame and mattress, desk, draws, wardrobe, and mirror included)
