Huge Double Room in Big Tooting House

Hello!

We have a huge double room available in our house in Tooting.

The room comes with a bed, desk, chest of drawers and a decent-sized wardrobe. There is also additional cupboard space just out on the landing.

Our kitchen is laughably massive with all the bits a kitchen should have - including a dishwasher and a brand new washing machine - and there's generally plenty of space all over the house, so no-one lives out of each other's pockets.

The house itself is just a couple of minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station, a big Sainsbury's, M&S and every kind of cuisine you could possibly hope for, and two excellent markets filled with even more bars, shops and restaurants. There are also three decent gyms both within a five minute walk.

The room is £700 a month (due date 16th of each month) and monthly bills are about £120 (gas, electricity, Sky, council tax, water). We also have a pre-paid TV license for the rest of the year. The house has very good Sky broadband and TV in the living room for all those obscure soaps and reality TV shows we all love to hate.

The house currently has 2 other housemates, Kevin (me) and Sian. We're happy hanging out together and enjoying drinks and food, or disappearing off and getting on with our own stuff, so whatever suits.
