Sociable house share in Tooting Broadway - 17 June

- - About the room - -
A lovely double room is available for rent from 17th June, but timing is flexible after this if needs be. It's a nice and sunny double bed with a view to the garden - so it's super quiet. It comes furnished.

- - The property - -
We have a lovely big house with a huuuge living room, a big kitchen, a garden and storage space. We also have a big bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin as well so you can pick and choose!
Our street is a quiet family street that gets decorated at Halloween, yet really close to the tube station. We have all the needed shops around us: Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's (soon to be M&S food!) for groceries and we also have TK Maxx, Primark etc.
Tooting has so many nice pubs and restaurants, and obviously, there's Tooting Market as well, which is always fun, but if you don't know the area too well we'll be here to take you on a tour:)

- - The household - -
You'll be living with Eleanor, Cortney & Holly! We are all very laid back, clean, like a beer/wine or two, watching TV together, going to the pub or a picnic in the park, but we are also respectful of privacy when you feel like doing your own thing. We're just looking for a like-minded girl who is nice, up for going to the pub sometimes or watching TV together in the evenings as well as clean and pulls her weight in the household stuff too. All three of us currently do a mix of WFH and office.

The room is £700 pcm
We split a cleaner twice a month for the common areas.
Bills come to around £70-£80 a month, which you will probably not find cheaper bills in the area!
