The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Upstairs double room is occupied by other female. You share the house with myself the owner and other female.

I am retired civil servant lliving in the this maisonette. I am hoping to rent to female medical students or nurses.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from St George's Hospital and Tooting Broadway Underground station.
