I am looking to rent out the entire upper floor of my property which consists of a large ensuite bedroom, one smaller bedroom and a private roof terrace. All this will be private space at £1500 pcm. The property is a split level Victorian conversion flat. Shared spaces will be the kitchen area only.
I live alone here so there is lots of space and privacy.
The property is situated near Tooting Broadway and St Georges hospital and has lots of storage space upstairs.
The property would suit couples and or small families.
Ideally I am looking for a 6 month term but would consider up to one year. Start date preferably mid September but can consider earlier dates.
