House has been further furnished with dining room table and chairs etc. The room now has a new bed with room for storage underneath, whilst the cupboard is a large space that now has its own clothing rail.

Ideally looking for a housemate who has similar interests and would become a friend, rather than just renting a room.

Less than 10 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station - Northern line.
5 min walk to Tooting market and Broadway market with loads of bars, restaurants and shops.
5 mins walk to the highstreet which has an M&S, Sainsburys, Gail’s, TKMaxx, Primark etc & pubs.
5 mins in the other direction to a massive Lidl.
