We’re looking for someone to join our lovely house in Tooting as our current housemate is moving out. We’re a super friendly bunch, always up for a laugh and love a trip to the pub or a bbq in the garden.
The house is a stunning 4 bed, 3 minutes walk from tooting broadway tube and just round the corner from Sainsbury's and the NEW M&S, tooting/broadway markets, etc.
The ground floor has a spacious open plan living and dining area with a huge modern kitchen with 2 fridges and dual ovens so no fighting over space! We also have a lovely garden which is astro so no upkeep and great for BBQs in the summer!
The room is a double with loads of space and wardrobe/drawers plus space for a desk. Cost is £915 per month which includes council tax, then there's wifi, gas/electric bills and a cleaner on top.
