Hello!!!

The flat is located on first floor less than 10 minutes away from Tooting and Tooting Broadway stations (northern line and Thanmeslink to city of London and west end), there are also many buses and commuting from here is very easy. Plenty of shops, gyms, food and amenities all around.

Flat is a 2 bedroom with shared living room(tv, L shaped sofa,) all furnitures and appliances including dish washer, terrace for morning sunbathes and BBQ, and you will have your own bathroom too as the other room is en suite and own fridge as well cause 1 was too small for 2 people.

Smaller Room has a double bed, chest drawer, built-in wardrobe and 2 side tables, 1 with drawers 1 with shelves.

Ideally both rooms are available, the en suite would come at £1150 as it’s slightly larger and fit a desk too, which could be moved in the living room if you want the smaller room but need the desk(I don’t work from home).

I come from Italy, being in London for many years working now Monday to Friday as chef manager, I’m very chilled and easy going, quiet and respectful.
Prices of rooms include all bills. Can welcome indoor cats or any pet that won’t leave the flat.
