I'm looking for someone to sublet my double room in Tooting Broadway for 3 months while I'm away. The flat is a two-bed, second floor flat which will be shared with a friendly female professional housemate. There is a shared living room/kitchen space and the bedroom has its own en-suite with shower. Walking distance to Tooting Broadway underground station and Tooting railway station. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and Tooting Common just a short walk away.

Rent is £925 per month and bills are usually around £100 on top. Available from mid-April until mid-July but exact dates can be flexible if needed. One month's rent to be paid when securing the room.
