🏡 Looking for someone to take over my room in Tooting. It’s been the best home for the last year but I’m relocating closer to my new job in North London!

Perks – location, bright airy house and affordable

🚂 The house is a literal 2 min walk from Tooting Broadway tube and from all the shops (Aldi, Superdrug, Savers etc). The pubs are lovely and Tooting market is amazing!!

🛌 its a spacious double room and has been great for me as someone who works two days from home. I’ve saved a fortune on rent 🫶 The house itself is equipped with all the amenities you would need and there is plenty of extra storage space in the hallway for extra items.

👯‍♀️It’s a 4 bed house, currently me and 3 other girls - we like to grab a drink when we can (going to try and do this more often) but leave each other to it as well (especially after long days in the office) so looking for someone ideally who sees us as friends but also appreciates their own company etc

⚡️ Monthly bills: £7 for broadband, £28.25 council tax, £15.82 water, around £20 for gas & electricity (though this goes up in winter months)
