I have a spacious double available for rent in Tooting Broadway. The flat is in an excellent location, with excellent transport links (a five-minute walk to the station and into Tooting itself).

There is a Gym group on the bottom floor and two major supermarkets (Lidl and Sainsbury's), both located in close proximity, of the flat. Similarly, there are some excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance of the flat alongside the brilliant Tooting Broadway Market.

The flat is fully furnished complete with a washing machine and dishwasher and has plenty of additional storage outside of the two main bedrooms

The building itself benefits from a large communal garden on the first floor with a smaller terrace on the third floor, which is ideal for the Summer.

Being located in Wandsworth, the Council tax is the lowest in London and will work out at £50 per month (this is included in the monthly price)

I am 32 years old working in communications in Kings Cross. Looking for a like minded person who likes to keep things clean. I am a social person and I enjoy seeing my friends whether this be at the pub, gym or playing cricket.

The room is available from 15 August (though this may be flexible), and has become available as my current housemate is moving out of London to save money for their own place.
