2x Great double rooms with garden

Hey everyone,

There are two rooms coming available in my modern 3 bed garden flat in tooting. I am due to move to South Africa for a job opportunity (5th June) and existing flat mate Alyssia is also moving in with her long term bf (20th June).

Rory has been living with us for the past 6 months and will be staying on so keen to find him some friendly housemates!

The place is newly renovated, and both rooms comes furnished with big double wardrobes comfy double beds and includes utilities . It’s stones throw to Tooting Broadway and so transport is super easy.
