Looking for a great new addition to join our well established organised clean & tidy house share in Tooting. Someone who is considerate, fun, and a non smoker.
We have a single room available with a double bed and you will be sharing with 3 females. This is a friendly home and not a party home.

The house is a bright spacious four bedroom, two bathroom house, with fully fitted kitchen with good storage and cupboard space, open plan lounge, conservatory/dining area and garden.

The house is well placed for transport links, with a 5 min walk to Tooting overland (Thameslink to the City or Wimbledon), 12-15 min walk to Northern Line (Tooting Broadway), and 5 mins to local buses (Croydon, Purley, Elephant & Castle, Waterloo, Victoria, and Putney). We are also a 15 min walk to St George's Hospital.
Tooting Bec Common is also a 15 min walk, if you are after green spaces and Wimbledon Park/Common can also easily be reached with a 6 min train ride. There is also the Tooting leisure centre closeby with indoor swimming pool and Tooting Lido closeby too for the summer!

We each pay £100 per month additional for council tax, WiFi, weekly cleaner and house kitty for household cleaning products & loo rolls. Monthly gas & electricity and water are additional. Available from 2nd week of May.
