The five of us (all girls) are looking for a sixth person to join our fabulous 5bed, 3bath Tooting Broadway House Share! 🏠

💸 Bills - approx a £100 per person, and we're super lucky to be Wandsworth Council (Band D) which has incredibly cheap council tax, so might be even less!

📅 Move in date: 30 Sep (or earlier if we get through referencing super quickly)

📅 Tenancy: 12 month contract, through an agent that manages the property.

📍 Location: It’s a 5 min walk from Tooting Broadway Station, located on a quiet residential road, but super close to the high street with loads of shops (Sainsbury's, Lidl, TKmax), the tooting market etc.

🏠 Access info: The whole house is REFURBISHED and located on 3 floors (ground floor, first and second floor) with a bathroom on each level). Huge open plan kitchen and reception room, with a cozy garden. ☘️

The flat is UNFURNISHED, but we plan on getting some nice deals on Facebook market/Ikea and make it feel like home 🛋

Leah: I’m 25, Aussie, I work in the film industry 🎥 and love everything creative. When I’m not working you’ll find me at the gym or baking something for everyone to enjoy 🥮. I love a good Netflix binge equally as much as a pint at the pub. 🍻 Super social but respectful of people’s spaces and downtime.🍷

Georga: I’m 24, working in the construction industry, I am super sporty and you will find me often out for a run 🏃‍♀️ at the gym or in the sauna. I love food, traveling and a good chat. I also value people’s down time.

🎹 Alicja: I’m 27, Polish, a classical harpist (I practice at home during the day, which I’ve been told is relaxing to listen to 🙂 ) I’m a fan of philosophy podcasts, poetry 📜 music, going out for concerts and art events, and sharing a pint or a nice cup of tea 🫖 with friends; but equally enjoy quiet evenings at home.

Fran: I've just finished my degree, studying English 📖 at King's College. I currently work front of house at a theatre, which usually includes evening shifts. I love going to the theatre in my free time, and enjoy the odd night out, especially a good pub trip! I am a social person and would love to live with, not just flatmantes, but friends, for movie nights 📺 and morning coffee-runs ☕ Of course, I also need my alone time and will completely respect your space as well.

Hayley: I am 25, from Canberra. I am a children's nurse, I work Monday to Friday in the city. On the weekends I love going for a run 🏃‍♀️ or having a drink at the pub. I'm super social but equally like my time alone. ✨
