My flatmate is moving out, so room is becoming available in ground-floor flat.

About the flat:
- Spacious living room with a TV & well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine + air fryer, washing machine + dryer)

- Plenty of corridor storage

Location:
- 10 mins to Tooting Broadway Tube and Tooting Station
- Bus stop 2 mins away
- Close to Tooting Market, pubs, restaurants, gyms, and Tooting Commons

I’m 30 and working in the civil service, love films, music, pub quizzes, hiking, exploring London, day trips etc

I’m looking for someone tidy and happy to hang out and explore the area (I totally understand the need for the time to recharge and needing space) and to be open to helping make the flat feel homely and maintaining the communal spaces.

Bills: £156 month, no deposit. Credit checks and referencing carried out (there is a minimum salary of £26,500 for the tenant or £31,500 guarantor if required - there is also a soft credit check).
