Single Room in Shared House With Garden

The house is a bit old and crumbly but perfectly habitable.

There is a quaint little back garden with lots of seating and table and colourful plants..

Smokers are welcome but only in the garden..

Good access to bus and underground and railway.
Close to shops and market.

Pubs and Restaurants A Plenty

5 minutes walk to Leisure Centre and Gym.

Bedroom is at the back of the house.. first floor...very quiet.. hear the birds singing in the morning.

We would like someone with a positive outlook a sense of humour and a good command of the English language..

There is an agency involved but this will not involve them.
