Single Room in Shared House With Garden

All mod cons.

No smoking but we have a back garden with seating area.

Good access to bus and underground and railway.
Close to shops and market.

Pubs and Restaurants A Plenty

5 minutes walk to Leisure Centre and Gym.

Bedroom is at the back of the house.. first floor...very quiet.. hear the birds singing in the morning...

We are a multi national house.. Scottish.. Polish and French Algerian.

We all have our own lives and respect each others privacy but if our paths cross we get along.

The house is a bit old and crumbly but perfectly habitable and we all treat it like our home.

I have lived here over 10 years.

There is an agency involved but this will be a private arrangement.

We are open to short term lets if you are in between moving.
