Due to work reasons I’ve moved out of an amazing recently refurbished double room in a spacious apartment less than 5 mins walk from Tooting Broadway tube station.

THE HOME 🏡
It’s a homely 4-bed flat, split across 2 floors, and has comfortable open-plan kitchen/living room with a bonus Smart TV! It also has 2 large bathrooms, each of which has a bath-shower, sink and toilet. So you’d only be sharing with 1 other person! I’ve honestly never seen better bathrooms in a London place before.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
You’d be conveniently located with excellent transport links. Tooting Broadway tube station is only a 5 minute walk and gets you into Central London within a few stops on the Northern Line. Plenty of shops and food places and gyms nearby - anything you could think to get is max a few mins walk :) A massive Lidl is 2 mins walk away.

The local highlight is the Tooting market - fresh produce and food places during the day, and bars and restaurants at night. Every cuisine you could think of! It’s a proper gem and a great place to go with friends.

THE ROOM 🛏️
The room is fully furnished and comes with a comfortable bed, bedside table, a big chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a desk with a comfy spinny chair.

THE HOUSEMATES 👩‍💼👨‍💼
The housemates are lovely. There’s 3 of them - Cam, Vlad and Azar - aged 24-26. They say hi! They’d love another girl to balance the house but would be more than happy with another boy too. They like to socialise together in the living room, and occasionally go out to Tooting Market or the pub, but have a mixture of schedules and like their own time too.

THE BILLS 💷
Homely Living organise the bills for us, for just £100 a month. The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up.

Homely Living are the company that sort the bills and any maintenance issues if any come up. They’re very easy to get hold off and super quick at responding. I’ve never had a problem with them at all.
