One of our housemates is leaving us 💔 so we’re looking for a fifth person to make this house a home! The room will be available from March 15th/ 16th
We are four professional females aged 27-32 working in London. Looking for a sociable gal, easy going and tidy; who’s keen to hang out but also has their own stuff going on!
Bedroom: Furnished double room on the first floor (includes bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers), you have access to a shared bathroom which you would be sharing with two girls.
Monthly rent £848 (includes WiFi and water) with gas and electric to be paid on top (usually around £15-25, though slightly more in Winter)
The house has five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 WC with a separate living room & kitchen. It comes with a great little outside space which is the perfect sun trap!
We are 3mins from Tooting Broadway Station and even closer to Tooting/Broadway Markets which is great for dinner and drinks.
