Rent + bills: Rent is £925 pcm with bills it £1150. Bills include council tax, water, electricity & gas, water and a weekly cleaner.

Deposit: £1156

Tenancy: I am the existing tenant and there is 18 months remaining on the fixed term. You would be replacing the exiting tenant.

Benefits + references etc: Unfortunately my landlord doesn’t accept benefits. When I applied they required a credit check, 3 months of payslips and ID. I wasn’t required to provide a reference from my previous place.

Existing flatmate: Female, 31. I am a solicitor and work from home two or three days a week. I love to go to stand up comedy and tend to spend my weekends in some form of pub. I am also an avid reader (the books in the living room being the clue). I am looking for a flatmate who I can be friends with as well as live with.

Existing catmate: Male, 6 months. I am a mix of 400 different breeds and spend my days doing catnip and licking myself. I spend my weekends lying in sunny spots and doing parkour.

You: It would be great if we have similar lifestyles and similar interests (taste in pubs).

Access info: The flat is on the first floor and has two sets of stairs to access it. The flat itself is across one floor. Annoyingly there is no lift to the flat. There is an intercom system to access the building but it doesn’t not have any other security measures.

There is an existing pet (Steve pictured) therefore any pets may be a bit tricky as he is used to being the king of the castle.
