New housemate wanted for two bed flat in Tooting

I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

I work 5 days a week in the office so it should be quiet for someone who works from home. Your room should fit a small desk. We also have a back garden which is great in the summer for having friends round.

Less than a ten minute walk to both Tooting train (Thamelink, National Rail) and Tooting Broadway underground stations, as well as plenty of good cafés, pubs and a fantastic Indian restaurant. We have a Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland, and Tesco extra all within walking distance.

Move in date is flexible but contract needs to be signed pre-13th May.

All bills come to roughly £150 in winter. Landlord will carry out a credit check before signing contract.
