The flat has a living room, full bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen/diner, lovely sun trap of a terrace, and a private garden! We also have a parking spot if needed.
Bills are not included but are pretty low as council tax is so cheap in Wandsworth, and the room is technically unfurnished but I’ll be happy to sell on - bed, mattress, wardrobe, 2x chest of drawers, big chair for a very low cost for the next tenant!
