Spacious and light room in friendly Tooting flat!

Sadly I’m leaving this lovely flat to move in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to replace me and take over my room! Looking at an early July move in date.

The room:

A really good size double room with a king size bed! It has built in wardrobes and also comes with two bedside tables. The room is lovely and light and has so much storage space in the eaves.

£1,115 per month

The flat:

The flat is split across the top two floors of a three storey house. The first floor has a living room, separate kitchen, Sophie’s bedroom and the bathroom she mainly uses. The second floor has this room available, Sabrina’s room and a shared bathroom (toilet and shower). Also v lucky cause this flat comes with a garden even though it’s not ground floor, so is v good for dinners and bbqs in the summer!

The flat is really homely, light and spacious. It’s also in a really good location, on a residential road just off Mitcham Road. It’s really close to lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs. It’s 200m from Tooting Broadway on the Northern Line and 400m from Tooting Station. Also in walking distance of a big Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express and a Lidl. There are bus stops close by too, which go to Earlsfield, Wandsworth and Streatham etc and you can walk to a Tooting Common.

Bills are roughly £95 pp a month.

Current flatmates:

Sophie is 24, an Aussie who has been in the UK for 8 months and she works in property. Sophie loves travelling and a walk in the park with a good coffee. Sophie is always up for a pint and recruiting for new members of her pub quiz team.

Sabrina is 27 and works in music marketing. Sabrina is a social gal and also enjoys going to gigs, playing netball and doing a painting by numbers.

Wanting someone who is friendly and social, up for a chill watching tv, spontaneous pub trip or meal out, but also has their own life!
