Two Rooms Available in Tooting Sharehouse

Hello hello,

We are looking for two new housemates in our sharehouse in Tooting Broadway. Sadly two of the boys are moving in with their girlfriends (fair) so we are looking for likeminded people to replace them. We don't have preference on male or female as we both have extensive history of living in mixed housing. If you enjoy a yarn, a drink or two and some quiet reality tv nights in then this is the place for you.

The house is pretty big, has a large yard and shared spaces. It has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Really short walk from the tube and because its Tooting Broadway, you always get a seat. The Tooting Common is a short walk away as are loads of different restaurants/ other facilities. One bedroom is on the first floor and is the bigger one, then the other is on the middle floor which is slightly smaller but still decent sized.

We are both from Australia and have been here for a few years. We do enjoy our nights out locally and throughout London. We rarely have people over for parties or anything like that but we most likely won't be the most quiet house. If you like your peace that's absolutely fine, we usually take our shenanigans elsewhere. We are very respectful and clean and are very transparent with each other when standards aren't met, and this will continue. We both work full-time so we will be out most days.
