Spacious Double Room available in Tooting Broadway

A large double room is available in Tooting!

The flat is a joint tenancy and is split into thirds with the current two flatmates. Bills are usually £110 per month.

The room is a spacious garden view room.

The flat has a communal kitchen, bathroom and living room. It is a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and the Tooting national rail is at the end of the street.

The current household is:

Corey: Gay. Office manager who enjoys a game night, whether that’s video games or board games. I like to craft and to head to the pub.

Emily: Irish 25 year old. Still fairly new to London, enjoy having the chats and always up for a glass of wine or trip to the pub :)

We like to hang out as a flat, watch the odd film or binge a TV show over a glass of wine. Would be cool if you enjoyed the same!
