Room avaliable in our lovely house in Tooting

Hi girls!

We’re looking for someone to move into a double room in our lovely three-bedroom Tooting house, as our house mate is sadly moving back to America.

The house is fully furnished with a beautiful kitchen that gets lots of natural light and plenty of cooking and dining space, a cosy living room, bathroom (shared with just one person), plus a garden area that’s perfect for a summer spritz or a chilled Sunday ☀️

📍Location: 10 minute walk to Tooting broadway for the Northern Line, and 4 minute walk to Tooting overground which goes to Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars, Wimbledon etc.

🏡 Move-in date: 3rd July (some flexibility for mid-June may be possible).

💰 Rent and bills: £940/month rent. Bills approx £140/month including a fortnightly cleaner for shared spaces. Wandsworth council tax band C.

🔐 Deposit: £1250

🛏️ The room

- Comes with a double ottoman bed, mattress and wardrobe with two hanging rails.

- Plenty of space for a chest of drawers, and our current housemate is also happy to sell hers if needed.

- No room for a desk in the bedroom, but there is a dedicated desk set-up in the living room for any WFH days.

💁🏼‍♀️ Who you’ll be living with

Bryony (32) - I moved to London in February and work in Psychology. You’ll usually find me reading (impatiently waiting for the next ACOTAR book), socialising with friends, at gigs or convincing myself I’ll finally sign up to Pilates. I’m also on a mission to tick off every restaurant, roof top bar, and brunch spot on my London list!

Paris (36) - I’m from Australia and have been living in the UK for 8 years. I work in marketing, love a good book, socialising over a good glass or wine and food, going to comedy shows, traveling and hiking!

🏠 Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a similar-aged professional female housemate who is sociable, friendly and wants to treat the house like a home ❤️ We’re a relaxed, clean and tidy household who love a yap and catching up over some trash TV or dinner. We also love the occasional brunch, little pub trip and coffee walks round the common. We’d love someone who’s up for being friends rather than just living together, but we also all have our own friends, lives and appreciate a chilled night and downtime too.
