Lovely Double Room+ Own Bathroom, Tooting Broadway

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a relaxed flat share in Tooting Broadway.

The room is spacious, furnished (double bed, chest of drawers and side table) and comes with private bathroom (not directly connected to bedroom, but solely yours).

The flat is in a great location:
- Around 10 mins walk to Tooting Broadway Station
- Around 5 mins walk to Tooting Train Station
- Close to shops, cafes, supermarkets, gyms and Tooting Bec common.

You'd be living with Immy, who is super friendly, laidback and easy to live with. She works from home roughly twice a week and has a very cute black cat, so ideally looking for someone who likes cats too!

There is also a spare desk in the living room if you also work from home.

The flat has a calm and easy going vibe and would suit someone clean, considerate, friendly and someone who's happy doing their own thing but also enjoys a glass of wine and a film night.
