The House: A 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house. Features a back garden with a sizeable wooden decking (great for BBQs). You’ll have access to all communal areas and appliances (washing machine, high-speed broadband, etc.).

Transport: 5-minute walk to Tooting Broadway Station [Northern Line], getting you into Central London [Bank] in 40 minutes.

Existing Tenants: You’ll be sharing with 3 other professionals that work in sales, property and tech aged 26-28. Into Rugby and the occasional pub trip.
