I’m looking for a considerate flatmate to share my home, located between Tooting railway station and Tooting Broadway Underground station, with great transport links and local amenities nearby.

I’m 43, but young at heart 😊✨

I’m an extroverted introvert—fairly quiet and I appreciate a calm, relaxed home environment, but I also enjoy a good chat and friendly atmosphere. 😊

The flat includes:

* Shared living room
* WiFi included
* All utility bills included (water, gas, and electricity)
* Council tax included
* 2-in-1 washer/dryer in the kitchen
* Street parking directly outside (resident permit or pay-as-you-go)

The room is available from 15 June, with the possibility of an earlier move-in date.
