I am seeking a replacement to take over my room in this 3-bed flat, a 12-minute walk from Tooting Broadway station.

The bedroom is the largest in the flat, incredibly spacious and great for home working. It comes with a large wardrobe and a double bed, plenty of room for other furniture.

I’m leaving 2 of my friends in the other rooms, both 30-32 y/o guys and very clean across the bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and shared lounge.

There’s a Lidl and Sainsbury’s in a 10-minute walk, and a quick bus to Wimbledon 3-minutes from the flat.

The flat comes with a free, available parking permit, and the car can be parked right outside the door.

Although St. George hospital is very close, this isn’t the ambulance side and it is a very quiet area.
