The flat is a two bedroom garden flat in Tooting Broadway, a short 4/5 minute walk to the northern line.
The available room has a king size bed, built in storage and access straight on to the garden. It’s also at the back of the flat so perfectly quiet.
The rest of the flat has a living room, kitchen and shower room, with room to WFH if required.

About me: 29 year old professional who works in property. Generally I’m in the office and spend the rest of my time exercising or socialising (heavy on the latter). I’m either out or asleep by 10:30 with not much in between. As with most people in property, I am social and outgoing but equally often just a tired girl after work!!

About you: looking for a girl of a similar age who just wants an easy life. Ideally you will have your own social life going on, but equally someone I can go for a glass of wine with after work is always going to be ideal.

Bills generally 150pcm but would love someone open to getting a cleaner every now and then 🥲
