Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a professional female housemate to take over a spacious double room in a two-bedroom flat in Tooting Broadway, just a 3-minute walk from the station.
I’m hoping to find someone who is friendly, clean and respectful. Ideally, it’d be great to live with someone sociable who’d be up for the occasional chat, movie night or glass of wine, while also enjoying their own space and independence.
A bit about me: I’m Jade (29) and I’ve lived in the flat for almost three years. I work in the office 2–3 days a week, and there’s space in both bedrooms for a desk if you work from home. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, working out, exploring new restaurants and discovering different parts of London. I also love a cosy evening in with a good TV series or film and occasionally having friends round for dinner.
The flat is in a fantastic location on Tooting High Street, with plenty of shops, restaurants and gyms nearby. Despite being so central, it’s set back enough from the road that it doesn’t feel overly noisy. The Underground is just a few minutes away, and there are multiple bus routes right outside.
The flat itself is spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area & one shared bathroom. The bedroom comes unfurnished, so that’s something to bear in mind!
Bills are additional and come to just under £120 each per month
Move-in date: 17 July
Tenant requirements as stipulated by the letting agent: must be in full time employment (no probation period), be earning a basic salary of £29,778.00 pa, have good credit history, good renting history and pass a referencing check.
If you think we’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
