You'll be living with Kate, who's originally from New Zealand. She's super friendly, easy-going, and very considerate to live with. We both like keeping the flat clean and cosy to have a nice space to come home to.

Kate works from home 3–4 days a week and enjoys a good balance of quiet evenings, catching up with friends and heading out for food or drinks at the weekend. We love to chat, catch up about our day and both respect each others downtime too :)

The flat would suit someone who's full-time in the office or works a hybrid.

The room comes furnished with:

* Wardrobe
*I’m happy to leave behind my black set of drawers, under bed storage and potentially the clothes rail too if needed!

Move-in: Between 15th August onwards (to be confirmed), so a little flexibility with dates would be ideal.
