Hi there,

I am moving out of my room in this lovely house to move in with my partner.

£900pcm, with bills coming in to around £100, which includes household items, gas, water, electric and WiFi.

Room is available from 15 August but some flexibility in there if needed.

Property is a five min walk from Tooting Broadway tube and Tooting markets - so in a really great spot

The room is a double, with plenty of built-in storage in the shape of cabinets and shelving. Room also comes with bed, mattress and dresser.

Current house mates are three gents aged 29-31.

Alex works in TV and ad editing
Ed works in insurance
Greg works in sales

Alex has been in the house for four years, Greg for two and Ed for one. All get on very well and enjoy chilling + going to pub as and when. Football, films and food are all top of the billing.

Rest of house includes a downstairs toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bathroom is shared between three as the top room has an ensuite.

Large open plan lounge and kitchen, as well as large garden with patio area too.

Parking permits can be secured for on-street parking.
