Social Tooting House 3 Rooms Available

Hello!!

Three of our lovely housemates are moving out in July and we’re looking for 2 guys and 1 girl (to keep the balance) to fill 3 double rooms in our lovely Tooting house!

About Us:
We’re a friendly social bunch that currently consists 2 girls and 1 guy ( 1 brit, 1 Aussie and 1 Welshie! ) Please note we’re looking for a friend in a housemate as we often do trips to the pub and love to socialise.

The House:
The house is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station which serves the northern line. Tooting itself also has loads of lovely shops and amenities and is a fab area in general. The house itself has three floors with six bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floors and a large kitchen and living room area on the ground floor. There is also a large garden out the back. House comes with the usual amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher etc with a huge amount of storage space in the kitchen.

Room 1 - top floor loft conversion: (£1000) - move in date 14th July
- Double room
- Includes bed, wardrobe and (optional 3 chest of drawers, bedside table and a clothes rail that previous roommate is selling)

Room 2 - first floor double room (£1200) - move in day 1st July
-Largest double room in the house

Room 3 - first floor double room (£875) - move in day 1st July

The bills including a bi-weekly cleaner are around £90 pm
